Cool to get all the feedback about Scout kissing Jake. I’ve been writing a lot and it’s going pretty well. I’ve been working with my new beta reader which has been very motivating. She rocks. I’m also wondering about one other person who applied to be my beta reader, but who never sent me back a sample scene I sent her. What if she never got it? If you read this, did you get it? Anyway. I like writing a lot. This week I have been administering standardized tests so I have had a lot of time to think while walking around the room a million times to make sure kids don’t cheat. But I won’t get on the standardized test soap box right now. The episode. I think it will be pretty nice. Maybe a little like Kiss and Tell with some drive-in action. Overall, I am liking how it is turning out. Hopefully you guys will also.

If Scout kissed Jake, would that be bad?

I’ve been working on the next episode this weekend. I’m happy with some scenes. Others need to be tweaked. I’m working on a Scout/Jake dynamic, but we are going to hear more about that than see it, I think. This episode is going to take place almost a month after “Sin” so early on in the episode Scout is going to be talking to Will about how his friendship with Jake has developed over this month. This episode is basically about how most of the relationships are different now. Even Will’s going to get a shake up in his relationship with Gwen. Anyway, overall, I like how it’s turning out. Still, with Ham and Jake not together it seems alternate universe-y weird. Well, that won’t last forever…or will it?

The episode has finally been posted. It is music-less. This is sucky, but I wanted to get it out so…I went without music. I am soliciting help with a few things on the episodes, though, so if anyone reading this is interested, please apply. Check out the application here:

Really, I’m sure not to many people will “apply,” and I’m clearly desperate, but it doesn’t hurt to at least have a screening system to weed out any 12 year old Russian chicks that might volunteer. Not that there is anything wrong with 12 year old Russian chicks if they’re qualified. Anyway, those of you who have been reading this blog seem pretty intelligent and capable people so I am asking you especially…help?
